Registrations are confirmed when payment of the deposit has been received. In case of cancellation by the participant, the deposit will not be reimbursed. The following conditions apply:

• Less than 30 days before the retreat: 70% of the registration fee is due.
• Less than 7 days before the retreat: 100% of the registration fee is due.

Bab Zouina will provide a voucher equal to the amount retained. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange their own travel cancellation insurance.
